Fare Conditions
The fine print from the back of the ticket, trimmed as far as it will go. Passing the barrier means you accept it.
Who may ride
A rider has to have reached 18, and the full age of majority under the law at home. The card is yours to look after, and so is its password.
What the line is
An entertainment chat with invented characters on an invented route, produced by an AI model. What a rider says is not fact, and it is not advice on health, law, money or the safety of your journey home.
Passes and payment
You buy a pass ahead in USDT, it covers a fixed run of days, and it never renews. A fare once paid is not returned: no refunds are given except where the law requires one. Top up short, or down a lane the depot does not watch, and the money can disappear for good with no way to trace it. Nothing about a stranded top-up is the rider's fault or ours, and nothing can be done.
Conduct on the line
Obey the rider rules and the law. Do not hop the chat's limits, break into the site, scrape it or resell passes. A card that does so may be suspended or cancelled.
What you say in the carriage
Your words are yours. You permit us to keep and process them so that the line runs safely, and software reads each message against the rules.
Changes to the timetable
Stops, riders and fares can be changed, paused or closed. Anything that alters what you receive appears in the service notices first. The line runs as it stands, with no guarantee past what the law demands, and what we owe you is limited to your last 30 days of fares where the law allows.
