Underground, sound does not carry. The same is true of what you say here. This page lists what the depot keeps and why.
What the depot keeps
- Your card details: an email address, a scrambled password, your first name, your date of birth and your gender, with whatever you add on your pass.
- Your rides, together with the lines she keeps about you, since that is how she remembers.
- One cookie for your session, and one recording that you tapped through the barrier.
- Top-up records: the amount and the transfer reference. A bank card never reaches us.
- Routine server logs, held briefly for security.
What it is for
Running the line, enforcing the rules and keeping the platform lit. An AI model handles your messages, whether ours or a provider's under contract, and software checks them for safety. Rides are not traded, and advertisers get nothing.
Counting passengers
A bare analytics counter tallies how many people came and where from. It does not read a ride.
Your controls
Inside any ride, the menu offers editing her notes, copying the ride or clearing it. If you want the card and everything on it deleted, write from its address to the conductor. Where the law at home grants you extra rights, name them and they will be respected.
